Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using AI Sheet Converter ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

AI Sheet Converter provides AI-powered Excel column mapping. You upload an input file and an output template; the AI maps columns and delivers a converted file. The Service is provided "as is". While we aim for high accuracy (~97%), we make no guarantee that every conversion will be error-free. Always verify critical output before use in production systems.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload files containing illegal, harmful, or sensitive personal data that you are not authorized to process.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
• Share account credentials with others.
• Use the Service to process classified government data or data subject to sector-specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA-protected health records) without appropriate safeguards.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days. If you experience a billing issue, contact support@aisheetconverter.com within 14 days.

Conversion credits reset on the first day of each calendar month. Unused credits do not roll over.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights over the files you upload and the outputs you receive. AI Sheet Converter does not claim ownership of your data. The Service itself, including its codebase, UI, and AI mapping logic, is proprietary to AI Sheet Converter.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Sheet Converter is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

7. AI-Generated Output Disclaimer

Outputs are generated by AI and may contain mapping errors. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all converted files before use. AI Sheet Converter is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated output.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time via the account settings.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
